Refund

I want to return the purchased items and get a refund.

There is nothing easier! :)

- pack the products

- add a note: order number or at least the name :)

- send the package to our address:

- As soon as we receive the package, we will refund the money to your bank account within 3 days.

Be sure to write us your bank account number.

I want to exchange an item for another one.

The exchange is just a refund + making a new order.

- place a new order for everything you need

- items that you don't need, just send them to us and we will refund you for them.

- You have the right to return the goods within 14 days.

- The deadline for return expires after 14 days from the day when you took possession of the item or when a third party other than the carrier and specified by you took possession of the item.

- In order to exercise your right of refusal, you must inform us of your decision to refuse the goods by an unambiguous statement, for example.

- You can use the standard form of refusal, but it is not necessary.

- To meet the deadline for refusal, it is enough for you to send information about the use of your right to refuse the goods before the expiration of the refusal period.

 

Complaints

I got the wrong product. I want to return this one and get what I ordered.

We will ship the missing item as soon as possible.

You must send us the goods to the specified address (listed above). After receiving it, we will send the product that was in your order (if it is in stock), if it is missing, we will refund the cost of the product to your account.

Write to us how much it cost you to send the goods back. We will refund these funds to you.
