1. Providing personal data as well as consent to their processing are completely voluntary. All personal data provided to us are processed only to the extent and for the purpose for which the CLIENT has agreed. If the CLIENT does not provide the data necessary to complete the order and does not agree to their processing, it may be impossible to complete the order.
2. The administrator ensures the security of the data provided and the implementation of Users' rights under the GDPR. The user has the right to access their personal data and rectify them or request their complete removal (unless it is contrary to the law) or limit the right to process their personal data - for this purpose you can use the function in the store program to update the user's account data or please send a request (e.g. to the e-mail address provided) specifying the request to change or remove data from the records. The ADMINISTRATOR may refuse to delete the User's data only in cases indicated by applicable regulations, in particular if the User has not paid all amounts due to the ADMINISTRATOR.
3. Users' personal data are processed in order to establish, shape, conclude, change or terminate the Agreement between the Service Provider and the Customer and to perform the Sales Agreement or the Agreement for the provision of Electronic Services described in the REGULATIONS.
4. The User may receive marketing and commercial information (in the form of a "newsletter") if he/she agrees. The user may at any time opt out of receiving commercial information.
5. We ensure that our company adheres to the personal data security policy. Personal data is safe with us and we make every effort to ensure that this level is systematically higher.
6. Users' personal data may be transferred to third parties only with the User's consent in the cases described in the REGULATIONS.
7. In order to perform the contract and deliver the ordered products and send correspondence to the customer, the data may be provided to: Poczta Polska or a selected courier company.
8. In order to perform the contract and deliver the products, it is necessary to provide the following personal data of the CUSTOMER: surname and first name; address for shipping products; e-mail adress; contact phone number; in the case of a company, additionally NIP.
9. Personal data is processed only for the period necessary to perform the contract:
   • sales documents - for the period required by the accounting regulations,
   • address details - until the warranty or guarantee period expires - whichever is longer;
   • e-mail address used to send the newsletter - for the period of validity of the user's consent; consent may be withdrawn at any time.
   • after this period they are deleted.
10. The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the Office for Personal Data Protection (UODO) if he has reservations about the processing of his personal data by the ADMINISTRATOR.
